Terms of Service

1. What Naswarai is
Naswarai ("we," "us," or "the service") is a multilingual AI assistant offering conversation and practical help in Urdu, Pashto, and English. Naswarai is powered by artificial intelligence models and delivers responses generated in real time.
Naswarai is not: a licensed medical professional, legal attorney, financial advisor, therapist, religious authority, or replacement for human judgment. Responses may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.
2. Who can use Naswarai
You must be at least 13 years old to use Naswarai. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide (email address, name if shared) is accurate and belongs to you.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Naswarai to:
- Generate or attempt to generate content depicting the sexual abuse of minors (CSAM). Violations are reported to authorities.
- Plan or facilitate physical harm to yourself or others.
- Create weapons, explosives, biological or chemical hazards, or malware.
- Harass, threaten, or defame specific individuals.
- Bypass rate limits, safety systems, or authentication.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
- Automated scraping, bulk crawling, or reselling Naswarai's responses without permission.
Violations may result in account suspension, permanent ban, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.
4. Content responsibility
Your messages: You are responsible for what you send to Naswarai. Do not share information you would not want stored — including sensitive personal identifiers, passwords, financial account numbers, or third-party private information.
Naswarai's responses:Responses are generated by AI and may be incorrect, incomplete, biased, or offensive despite our safety systems. You are responsible for verifying important information before acting on it. Naswarai's advice is not professional consultation.
5. Free tier and paid plans
Naswarai currently offers a free tier with 15 messages per day. Paid tiers may be introduced in the future at published prices. Existing free tier commitments will be honored during any transition.
6. Your data
How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy. In summary: we store your account details, conversations, and any facts you share with Naswarai in order to provide the service. You may request deletion at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
Naswarai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including but not limited to decisions made based on Naswarai's responses.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.
8. Intellectual property
The Naswarai name, brand, and product are the property of the operator. Users retain ownership of their own messages. Naswarai's responses generated for your account may be used by you personally. Bulk redistribution or commercial resale of Naswarai's responses requires permission.
9. Account termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with reasonable notice where possible.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Naswarai evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address, and by continuing to use Naswarai after such notice, you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in Virginia courts.
